At Hood Vibez Pretty Bitch Flock, all products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping. Please review our policy in full before completing your purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL – WITH ONE EXCEPTION
Due to sanitary, safety, and customization reasons, all sales are final on beauty, personal-use, and custom items except for T-shirts under the conditions listed below.
T-SHIRT REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We do offer refunds or exchanges on T-shirts only if the sizing is incorrect.
You must notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery
Email must be sent to:

“REFUND” must be included in the subject line
T-shirt must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will have three (3) business days to ship the item.
⚠️ Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was made on our end.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund depending on item.

CUSTOM & SIZING RESPONSIBILITY
Custom nail sizing and design selections are the customer’s responsibility. Incorrect information entered at checkout is not eligible for refunds or exchanges during peak production but we will happily work out an solution.Â
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. Packages marked as “delivered” are not eligible for refunds or replacements if lost or stolen.
