We currently ship within the United States only.
All orders are shipped using trusted, major carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

🧾 Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received and entered into our system.

 Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.

 

⏳ Processing Time

All orders require processing before shipment.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed

  • Orders remain in processing status until shipped

  • You will receive an email notification once your order begins processing

If processing is delayed for any reason, you will be notified promptly.
👉 If processing exceeds 7 business days, a full refund may be requested for the inconvenience.

 

🚚 Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number
